CEENET-95 Workshop, Warszawa, September 1995

In the Fall of 1995, I was one of a dozen teachers who taught a one-week workshop on TCP/IP Netwrotking Technology for 80 students from Central and Eastern Europe.

This workshop was held at the "Polish Japanese High School for Computer Technology; a very new building: It was not even finished when we were setting up the computers.

Here are some pictures from the workshop.

The entrance to the school.

Professor Oliver Popov from Macedonia was the program chair.

Jan Haering from CVUT, Praha, was one of the other teachers on my track.

Yours truly, Lars Poulsen, pointing out a misconfigured network address.

The old and the new Poland: The stalinist "Palace of Culture" with the Marlboro Man in front.
